Grade.app is an ERP system for IT companies and digital agencies (10β500 employees) that helps manage finances, teams and operational processes all in one place.
We already have a steady stream of leads (from marketing, partners and outbound), and now we need someone to turn those leads into revenue.
π― Your main goal
Close deals and increase MRR:
β run demos
β identify needs
β guide the client to payment
π₯ Your responsibilities
β’ Conduct demo calls with potential clients
β’ Qualify leads (understand who our ICP is)
β’ Identify business pain points and demonstrate the productβs value
β’ Close deals (subscription / contract / payment)
β’ Handle objections and βclose the dealβ
β’ Manage deals in the CRM (pipeline, statuses, forecasts)
β’ Handle inbound leads and follow-ups
β’ Collaborate with marketing and product teams
β’ Meet sales targets (MRR)

Requirements
β’ English at B2+ level (a must)
β’ Sales experience (B2B / SaaS would be an advantage)
β’ Ability to make calls and confidently close deals
β’ Understanding of the sales funnel
β’ Ability to handle objections
β’ Energy and results-oriented

β’ Experience selling SaaS / ERP / IT products
β’ Experience working with Western markets
β’ Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
β’ Understanding of unit economics (MRR, LTV, CAC)
