π― Your main goal
To develop Megadevβs existing clients:
β stay in touch with them
β help them grow
β identify opportunities to expand our partnership
π₯ Your responsibilities
β’ Communicate regularly with current clients (Zoom / Meet / Slack / email)
β’ Conduct check-in calls (every 2β4 weeks)
β’ Identify new client needs (new roles, replacements, team scaling)
β’ Upsell and cross-sell specialists
β’ Monitor client satisfaction and prevent churn
β’ Be the βfirst point of contactβ for the client
β’ Work closely with recruitment (forward candidate requests)
β’ Maintain the CRM and record all interactions
β’ Provide feedback to the team (delivery / recruitment)

Requirements
β’ English at B2 level (must-have)
β’ Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships
β’ A desire to develop in account management / sales
β’ Willingness to communicate extensively with clients (this is a core task)
β’ Basic understanding of IT (what a developer is, roles, etc.)
β’ Organised and responsible
