BizDev (Providers Manager) – a professional who builds, scales, and maintains a stable system of payment providers, ensuring product growth without disruptions, unnecessary risks, or loss of control.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in payments / fintech / processing / PSP.
  • Understanding of payment flows, fees, and transaction economics.
  • Basic experience with API integrations.
  • Skills in risk analysis and regulatory constraints.
  • Ability to work with contracts and compliance.
  • English β€” B2/C1.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clear and up‑to‑date provider database with status, terms, risk and economics.
  • Ensure a stable, scalable cascade of payment providers supporting growth with minimal disruptions.
  • Analyze markets, geographies, competitors, and payment schemes.
  • Research and shortlist payment providers based on business needs.
  • Plan integrations with predicted costs, volume forecasts, and profitability.
  • Communicate with providers, negotiate terms, and coordinate compliance onboarding.
  • Monitor and manage operational, technical, and regulatory risks.
  • Daily operational interaction: handle issues (limits, delays, outages), update tariffs and documentation, and maintain reports.
