Junior AI Developer

Project overview:

Group107 is building a dedicated AI Unit to drive automation across the company and deliver AI-powered solutions for client projects.

We are hiring Junior AI Developers who think fast, learn faster, and are already productive with modern AI-assisted development workflows.

You will work directly under the Tech Director and grow into autonomous AI engineers capable of owning full delivery pipelines.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on software development experience (commercial or substantial personal projects)
• Demonstrable proficiency with AI coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of at least one: TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Experience deploying web applications (Vercel, Netlify, or similar)
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals: prompting, context windows, token management, tool use
• Ability to read, debug, and refactor AI-generated code critically — not just accept output blindly
• Git proficiency and basic CI/CD awareness
• Strong English communication (both written and spoken)
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with v0, Bolt, Lovable, Replit Agent, or similar AI app builders
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agentic AI patterns
• Contributions to open-source AI tools or published AI-related content
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or embeddings
• Backend experience with Node.js, Next.js, or FastAPI
• Understanding of DevOps basics: Docker, serverless functions, edge computing
   

Responsibilities:

• Build internal automation tools and workflows using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Develop and ship AI-powered features and full applications for client projects
• Prototype rapidly using vibe-coding methodology — prompt-driven development with AI pair-programming
• Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source models) into production systems
• Deploy and maintain applications on modern platforms (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS)
• Create and manage AI agents, MCP servers, and tool-use pipelines
• Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models and tools for specific use cases
• Document solutions, write technical specs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base
