Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer

Project overview:

At Group107, we are currently looking for a Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer to join one of our outstaff project — Constrol, a fast-growing construction-tech company.

Constrol develops innovative digital solutions, including a platform that connects BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with BIM models, enabling efficient and user-friendly construction planning, even for non-technical users.

You will join the Digital Platform team and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the product — improving architecture, refactoring existing systems, and building new features from scratch in a long-term collaboration environment. 
 

Requirements:

• 4.5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Node.js / Nest.js
• Hands-on experience with React, Redux, Material UI
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong algorithmic thinking
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ 
   

Nice to have: 

• Experience with TypeORM
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) 
   

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the design and development of a scalable, high-performance platform
• Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve system performance
• Work across backend (60%) and frontend (40%) tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration
• Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines
