Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer
Project overview:
At Group107, we are currently looking for a Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer to join one of our outstaff project β Constrol, a fast-growing construction-tech company.
Constrol develops innovative digital solutions, including a platform that connects BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with BIM models, enabling efficient and user-friendly construction planning, even for non-technical users.
You will join the Digital Platform team and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the product β improving architecture, refactoring existing systems, and building new features from scratch in a long-term collaboration environment.
Requirements:
- 4.5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Node.js / Nest.js
- Hands-on experience with React, Redux, Material UI
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong algorithmic thinking
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or related field
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
Nice to have:
- Experience with TypeORM
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of a scalable, high-performance platform
- Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve system performance
- Work across backend (60%) and frontend (40%) tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration
- Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines
