Senior DevOps AWS Engineer (Climate Tech Product)

Devico is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer 

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants their work to matter — not just in scaling systems, but in shaping how businesses become more sustainable.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Design and evolve scalable, secure AWS infrastructure
• Build internal tools and automation using Python
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Collaborate closely with engineers to streamline delivery and releases
• Strengthen system reliability, observability, and security
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis
• Continuously improve infrastructure and DevOps processes

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE / Platform Engineer
• Deep understanding of AWS ecosystem and cloud architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK
• Solid Python skills for automation and tooling
• Production experience with Kubernetes
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Strong knowledge of monitoring (DataDog or similar)
