QA Manual
Requirements:
- Experience in software testing (manual QA), preferably with CRM systems
- Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM is a strong advantage
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Experience with functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases
- Understanding of client-server architecture
- Experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI or similar tools) is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Basic knowledge of Siebel configuration or workflows
- Understanding of telecom domain
- English level: Intermediate or higher
