DevOps (AWS) Engineer

On behalf of our Client from France, Mobilunity is looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
 

Our client is a table management software and CRM that enables restaurant owners to welcome their customers easily. The app is useful to manage booking requests and register new bookings (e.g. by phone). You can view all your bookings, day after day, wherever you are and optimize your restaurant’s occupation rate. Our client offers a commission-free booking solution that guarantees freedom above all. New technologies thus become the restaurateurs best allies for saving time and gaining customers while ensuring a direct relationship with them.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

• Continue the migration and assist in transitioning the current infrastructure to Terraform
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the systems

Automation and CI/CD:

• Transition the remaining parts of other CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps) into GitHub
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate repetitive tasks related to infrastructure and deployments

Monitoring and Incident Management:

• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service reliability
• Diagnose and resolve production issues in real-time and perform root cause analysis

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with development teams to integrate and deliver new features seamlessly

Security and Compliance:

• Integrate security practices into development and operational workflows

• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Work with Claude

   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure management, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Github Actions)
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker/AWS ECS
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with internal teams
• Upper-intermediate, close to advance English
   

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana
• Knowledge of security standards and practices for production environments
• Strong experience with MySQL, or other relational databases
• Knowledge in PHP/Laravel/Javascript
