Middle Frontend Developer (React / Next.js) to $2500

NextCRM — We're building a product CRM for e-commerce — a system where businesses manage orders, customers, analytics, and integrations.

What you'll be doing:

• Building complex data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, bulk actions)
• Designing component architecture and evolving the design system
• Optimizing performance (large lists, SSR/SSG, caching)
• Working with realtime (WebSocket, live updates)
• Making technical decisions with the team, not just "following specs"
• Giving and receiving quality code reviews

What matters to us:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React
• Solid understanding of Next.js (SSR / SSG / routing)
• TypeScript as a primary tool, not "optional"
• Experience building architecture, not just markup
• Understanding of performance (memo, virtualization, splitting)
• Experience with REST API, WebSocket
• Ability to argue and defend technical decisions
