The Role
At Ender Turing, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer L2 who bridges the gap between Customer Success and Core Engineering.
This is not a ticket-closing role.
You will:
- Debug real production issues
- Work with microservices (EKS / Kubernetes)
- Dive into logs and trace issues across services
- Fix small bugs before they escalate to L3
We are looking for a “cyborg engineer” - someone who actively uses AI tools, but thinks independently and critically.
Your Core Requirements
- 3+ years in Technical Support / DevOps / Application Support
- Strong Linux & Docker skills (SSH, grep, tail -f, docker commands)
- Experience with AWS / Kubernetes (EKS)
- Strong SQL skills (writing & optimizing queries)
- Experience with API debugging (Postman / cURL)
- Python (mid-level) for scripting & automation
- Ability to trace issues across microservices via logs
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot in daily work
- Validate AI-generated code and detect mistakes
- Use AI for log analysis without exposing sensitive data
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced troubleshooting of L2 support requests
- Investigating production issues across services
- Writing clear bug reports for engineering
- Fixing small issues in Python / SQL
- Automating repetitive tasks and log parsing
