Senior Backend Engineer(Python)

Skills / Focus:
 Python, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, LLM integrations, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud environments
Responsibilities:
 • Understanding requirements and translating them into scalable backend architecture for AI-driven systems
 • Designing and developing core agent platform components, including multi-agent orchestration and execution pipelines
 • Implementing backend services for LLM integrations, knowledge retrieval, and agent workflows
 • Building and maintaining robust APIs and microservices for platform interactions
 • Ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of the system in production environments
 • Participating in CI/CD processes and maintaining high engineering standards
 • Collaborating in agile teams and contributing to continuous improvement of the platform
 

Requirements:
 • 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python
 • Strong experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar
 • Experience building and deploying LLM-based or AI-driven systems
 • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
 • Experience designing and building APIs (REST / async patterns)
 • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
 • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
 • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams
 • Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures
 

Desirable:
 • Experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks
 • Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
 • Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices
 • Experience with observability and monitoring tools
