Head of Sales

An international iGaming platform company is expanding its Commercial Team and looking for a Head of Sales / Commercial Lead who will take full ownership of global B2B sales strategy and revenue growth.

 

This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of iGaming platform architecture, and the ability to translate a complex SaaS product into a clear and compelling value proposition for operators.

You will be responsible for scaling international sales, managing an experienced team, and driving strategic deals at C-level across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Full ownership of global B2B sales strategy and revenue targets

Development and execution of commercial strategy aligned with company growth objectives

Selling platform solutions to iGaming operators (core, CRM, integrations, aggregation, back-office)

Building and managing a strong international sales team (hiring, onboarding, motivation, KPIs)

Pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting

Optimization and scaling of sales processes

CRM ownership and funnel transparency (Insightly)

Improving conversion rates at each stage of the sales cycle

Participation in pricing and commercial model development

Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance

Direct negotiations with C-level stakeholders

Representation at international exhibitions and conferences (ICE, SBC, etc.)

Market and competitor analysis, product positioning

Regular reporting to top management with focus on revenue, CAC/LTV, and sales metrics

Requirements

7+ years of experience in B2B sales

3+ years in a Head of Sales / Sales Lead / Commercial Lead role

Deep understanding of iGaming platform architecture and operator ecosystems

Strong knowledge of integrations, aggregation technologies, providers, and PSPs

Understanding of licensing and compliance in regulated markets

Proven experience in strategic B2B SaaS / platform sales

Experience managing and scaling international sales teams

Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills

Ability to structure and package complex products into clear business value

Fluent English (C1+)

Office-based work format

Own database of operators and partners

Experience launching platforms in new regions

Participation in industry tenders

Experience working with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
