We are looking for a Python Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI Agent development and automation workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with modern API frameworks (such as FastAPI or similar)
• Solid experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Understanding of caching mechanisms and experience with Redis or similar tools
• Experience integrating and working with third-party APIs
   

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current backend codebase and gain a clear understanding of its architecture
• Detect weak points in the system, including unstable or overly complex components
• Improve code quality by refactoring and restructuring existing logic
• Enhance backend architecture and streamline interactions between services
• Ensure reliability and consistency of data flow, including third-party integrations
• Contribute to preparing the system for a stable production release
