Adops Manager
We are looking for an experienced AdOps Manager to support and scale our monetization operations. This role sits at the intersection of revenue optimization, technical implementation, and account managers communication.
You will be responsible for managing campaign execution across multiple platforms (GAM, SSPs, Prebid), optimizing yield performance, and ensuring stable and compliant ad delivery. The role requires strong technical awareness, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.
Ability to work full-time business hours aligned with the Brazilian time zone (UTC-3)
Scope of Responsibility and Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms (GAM, SSPs, Prebid, etc.) to ensure performance goals are met.
- Analyze advertising yield performance of key clients and communicate suggested improvements.
- Effectively communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc., to client contacts.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate product fixes, improvements, or adjustments to ensure success in client deals.
- Configuring and managing the company’s proprietary solutions using json.
- Generate regular reporting and insights using platforms like Google Ad Manager.
- Technical validation of website performance at the page code level.
Background:
- 3+ years in AdOps or digital advertising, including client-facing campaign management in tech or digital advertising companies.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager/multi-SSPs configurations is required.
- Experience working with Google policy compliance, brand safety, and invalid traffic monitoring.
- Proven experience in yield optimization, floor management, and revenue troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of modern advertising technologies and the online ad landscape, including header bidding, open bidding, etc.
- Understanding and technical knowledge of digital analytics and investigation tools (Google Analytics, Web Developer Tools).
Experience with video monetization (VAST/VPAID, outstream, CTV) is a strong advantage.
Test assignment
