We are looking for experienced Sales Manager for Digital Marketing Agency!

Full-time / Part-time

About Agency:

Digital Marketing is a Dubai-based agency providing performance-driven marketing solutions across UAE, USA, and Europe. We help brands grow through social media management, paid advertising, and search marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals
• Close 3–5 new clients per month
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and CRM system
• Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities
• Communicate with international clients (UAE, US, Europe)

• Present and sell services:

   

  • Social Media Management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
  • Paid Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads)
  • Google Ads & SEO services

   

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project managers)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (digital marketing preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals consistently
• Experience working with international markets (UAE / US / Europe)

• Strong understanding of:

   

  • Digital marketing services
  • Current sales tools & outreach methods

   

• Ability to manage full-cycle sales independently
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English: Advanced or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience selling SMM or performance marketing services
• Existing network or client base
• Experience with outbound sales (LinkedIn, cold emails, etc.)
