Head of Sales (Crypto Processing)

We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale a sales department in a fast-growing crypto processing business.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze current sales performance and identify growth opportunities

* Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and sales

* Build and optimize sales processes, tools, and approaches

* Work hands-on in sales and participate in closing deals

* Train and onboard the existing sales team

* Develop a sales department roadmap for the next 3–6 months

 Requirements:

* Proven experience in building a sales department from scratch

* Strong background in B2B sales within crypto processing / crypto products

* Hands-on experience in selling crypto products and services

* Ability to generate leads independently and build sales scripts

* Experience in team management, hiring, and mentoring

* Hands-on mindset and willingness to actively participate in sales

* Ability to work within European time zone (±3 hours from CET)

* Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented mindset
