We are looking for a specialist to join our team starting in a part-time format, with a transition to full-time.

The transition is planned after approximately one month, but it can happen much sooner — within 1–2 weeks — depending on the candidate’s performance and engagement.
 

🚀 What Awaits You:

• Flexible schedule with no fixed workload
• Work on diverse projects (from small to large-scale)
• Communication with PMs and sometimes directly with international clients on technical matters

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT infrastructure
• Audit and improve existing systems
• Advise clients on technical matters
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate routine tasks
• Monitor systems and prevent incidents

📊 Tech Stack

Main Focus:

• Linux systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
• AWS
• At least one configuration management tool: Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack, Chef
• CI/CD with GitLab CI
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• RDBMS and knowledge of NoSQL
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Terraform / Terragrunt

Nice to Have:

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker/Rkt, ECS, K8s, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault, RabbitMQ

🎯 Ideal Candidate

✅ 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer

✅ English — B2 or higher, strong enough for client communication

✅ Ability to work independently and organize your workflow

✅ Willingness to work on diverse projects with a flexible schedule
