Senior iOS Native Developer (Hybrid, Kraków)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior iOS Native Developer with strong expertise in modern iOS technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality mobile applications and contributing to technical decisions within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces based on design systems
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Implement and maintain unit and automated testing
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure performance and stability
• Work with iOS development tools (Xcode, xcbuild, CocoaPods, Simulator)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery
• Manage App Store publishing, provisioning profiles, and certificates
• Ensure proper data handling using JSON and XML
• Apply mobile security best practices
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers in Agile teams
• Contribute to improving development processes and adoption of AI-assisted tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in native iOS development
• Strong knowledge of Swift and iOS SDK
• Solid experience with SwiftUI and native UI development
• Hands-on experience with Xcode and iOS toolchain (xcbuild, CocoaPods, Simulator)
• Experience with unit and automated testing
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with App Store publishing and certificate management
• Understanding of mobile accessibility standards
• Experience working with JSON and XML
• Knowledge of mobile application security best practices
• Experience in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git and tools like Visual Studio Code
• Familiarity with mobile component libraries
• Basic knowledge of Android ecosystem (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio)
• Familiarity with Objective-C
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter)
• Background in fintech, banking, or onboarding-related products
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude CLI)
