Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in QA (commercial or strong internship/practice)
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Ability to write proper bug reports (Jira or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of:
    Web testing (Using Devtools in Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Edge)
  • Testing on mobile devices android/iOS (BrowserStack)
  • REST APIs (Postman)
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian

Quality Contribution & Hands-On Testing

  • Perform manual testing of new features, improvements, and bug fixes across the Liveforce platform.
  • Validate tasks against defined acceptance criteria and raise questions when requirements are unclear or inconsistent.
  • Create and maintain basic test cases and checklists under guidance from Middle/Senior QA.
  • Write clear, well-structured bug reports with detailed reproduction steps and expected results.
  • Participate in regression testing before releases to ensure stability.
  • Contribute to both structured test execution and basic exploratory testing.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other QA team members, developers, and designers.
  • Ask questions early to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the team as experience grows.
  • Follow established QA processes, standards, and documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to clarify feature behaviour and edge cases.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, sprint ceremonies, and QA reviews.
  • Continuously improve testing skills, tools knowledge, and product understanding.
  • Contribute ideas for improving test coverage and product quality.

Preferable

  • Technical educational background in I.T.,  Engineering or Mathematics
  • Working on a SAAS platform across mobile and web apps
  • Writing tests in Puppeteer
  • Using JIRA to manage bugs/issues
  • Knowledge of user stories and working in an agile environment

What Success Looks Like

After 3 Months

  • Comfortable navigating the Liveforce platform and understanding core workflows
  • Confident in executing manual test cases and writing structured bug reports independently.
    Actively participating in regression testing before releases.
  • Asking the right questions when requirements are unclear instead of guessing.
    Building solid working relationships with QA, Product, and Engineering teams.

After 6 Months

  • Handling full feature testing independently from requirement review to regression verification.
  • Contributing meaningful edge cases and catching issues before they reach production.
  • Demonstrating improved speed and accuracy in testing without sacrificing quality.
  • Becoming a reliable QA team member whom others can trust during release cycles.

After 12 Months

  • Owning testing for larger or more complex features with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively identifying gaps in requirements, UX, or edge cases early in the development cycle.
  • Contributing to improvements in test documentation or QA workflows.
