Android Native Developer (Hybrid, Kraków)

About the Role
We are looking for an Android Native Developer with solid experience in building high-quality mobile applications. You will work with modern Android technologies and contribute to developing scalable and user-friendly solutions within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Create responsive and accessible UI based on design guidelines and systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Implement unit and automated testing to ensure application quality
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to maintain performance and reliability
• Work with Android tools such as Android Studio, adb, and Emulator
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery
• Manage Google Play Store releases, certificates, and provisioning
• Handle data integration using JSON and XML formats
• Ensure compliance with mobile security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
• Improve development workflows, including usage of AI-assisted tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in native Android development
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio and development tools (adb, Emulator)
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Google Play Store publishing and certificate management
• Strong debugging skills and understanding of Java
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for mobile apps
• Experience working with JSON and XML
• Understanding of mobile security practices
• Experience in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git and IDEs like IntelliJ or Visual Studio Code
• Familiarity with mobile component libraries
• Basic knowledge of iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode)
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter)
• Experience in fintech, banking, or onboarding-related products
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude CLI)
