Position Overview

 

We are looking for a Remote Office Sales Representative to act as a "Remote Territory Manager" for our customers across the United States.

This is not a standard call center agent role. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business. Your goal is to process orders with 100% accuracy, manage logistics with 3PL providers, and most importantly - grow sales through relationship building, upselling, and proactive account management.

You do not need previous food industry experience, but you must have excellent English, strong sales instincts, and the ability to solve problems independently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Sales & Account Growth (The "Hunter" Mindset)

  • Proactive Outreach: Call existing customers to remind them of order deadlines and re-engage those who haven't ordered recently.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest new products, seasonal promotions, and our "Focus List" items to increase the average order value.
  • Relationship Building: Move customers from "transactional" to "loyal" by providing consistent, friendly, and value-added communication.

2. Order Management & Logistics (The "Operator" Mindset)

  • Order Processing: Review and finalize web orders. Ensure correctness.
  • Logistics Coordination: Contact 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers to get shipping quotes, schedule pickups from our warehouse, and confirm delivery fees with the customer.
  • Accuracy: Maintain a high standard of data entry to ensure the warehouse team ships exactly what the customer needs.

3. Customer Support & Problem Solving

  • Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for issues (e.g., late deliveries, damaged goods).
  • Empowered Decision Making: You will have the authority to negotiate solutions, such as offering discounts for minor damages or processing Returns to keep the customer happy.

4. Administration & Technology

  • CRM Management: Log every call, email, and interaction in CRM. Maintain accurate customer data.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor your own performance using our Power BI dashboards to ensure you are hitting your sales and activity targets.

 

Requirements

 

Essential Skills:

  • English Fluency: Native or Near-Native (C1/C2) proficiency in spoken and written English. You must be able to negotiate and build rapport with US business owners confidently.
  • Sales Aptitude: Previous experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or high-touch Customer Success. You must be comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
  • Tech Savviness: Ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a major plus.
  • Reliability: Proven ability to work autonomously and disciplined time management skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable High-Speed Internet (Ethernet connection preferred).
  • Power Backup Solution (UPS or Generator) to ensure uptime during local power outages.
  • Quiet, professional home office environment free from background noise.
  • High-quality headset, two monitors and microphone.

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

  • Competitive Base Pay: Monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Performance Bonuses: A lucrative, uncapped monthly bonus structure based on:
    • Focus list: Upselling and growing penetration of the Focus list items.
    • Sales Growth: Upselling and hitting revenue targets.
    • Reactivation/New Customers: Bringing dormant customers back to active status and acquire a new ones.
  • Compensation range (Salary+Bonus): $2,000+ per month
