About the client:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Middle Manual QA to join our team in Chernivtsi! This is an exciting opportunity to become the first QA on the project, which means you’ll play a key role in shaping testing processes and ensuring product quality from the ground up. You’ll be working with a client who has been facilitating data-driven innovation in education since 2009. Their mission is to help organizations use technology to create, deliver, and implement data-driven products and services more efficiently – empowering the education sector to make informed decisions and track strategic outcomes effectively.
 

About the project:

You’ll support the development of a platform that integrates CRM and survey tools, with a focus on usability, performance, and clean data flows. The project has many end-to-end processes and integrations, making QA involvement critical from the start.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for new features and ensure end-to-end flows work seamlessly
• Conduct sanity checks before releases
• Create and maintain test documentation and test cases
• Report and track bugs by creating clear and detailed tickets
• Collaborate closely with developers and the Product Owner to keep the team aligned and informed
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting and documenting ideas for better testing processes
• Help identify areas for test automation to streamline repetitive tasks over time.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA
• Some familiarity with CRM and/or survey tools is a plus
• Experience or familiarity using tools such as Word, Figma, FigJam, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Wiki, Azure Test Lab (will be a huge plus)
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve QA challenges proactively
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher, with confident communication skills.
