Middle AQA Engineer

Our technology stack is based on Node.js, Nest.js, Java, .Net, PHP, and Python for the backend. Next.js, React, React Native, Angular, and Vue.js for the frontend side. For the infrastructure, we mainly work with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.

We are looking for a strong Middle+ Automation QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to become the first QA Automation specialist on the fire safety and IoT project and build automation processes from scratch.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript
• Experience working with Allure Report
• Experience with Python
• Strong experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and decision-making skills
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate

Nice To Have

• Active usage of modern AI tools and techniques in the development and testing process
• Experience in building QA automation from scratch in R&D team with no previous automation setup

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain QA automation infrastructure
• Define automation strategy and priorities independently
• Identify critical user flows and ensure stable automated coverage
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality
• Improve testing efficiency using modern tools and AI-assisted approaches
• Take full ownership of QA automation on the project

Project
Our client is a well-established international company with a long history dating back to the 1970s. The company operates in the fire safety and IoT domain, developing and manufacturing hardware devices (panels, sensors, displays) along with complex software solutions such as dashboards, mobile applications, and monitoring systems.
