πŸ”Ž We are looking for a Sales and Partnership Manager for the Polish market who will help expand our partner network in Poland and drive sales growth πŸ‡΅πŸ‡±

  • Polish β€” C1 level
  • English β€” B2 level
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, partnership development, sales management, or customer-facing roles

βž• Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or building long-term business relationships (6+ months)
  • Experience with SPIN and BANT methodologies
  • Experience handling objections and identifying customer needs

 

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop existing partners: maintain regular communication, build trusted relationships, and help partners sell Ringostat services more effectively to their clients
  2. Drive partner lead flow: your main KPI is the quantity and quality of leads generated by partners
  3. Educate and motivate: conduct presentations, workshops, and mini-trainings for partner teams
  4. Build deep relationships: work with different levels within partner companies β€” from executives to account managers and sales teams
  5. Analyze performance: maintain structured reporting, identify growing/declining partners, and increase their engagement
  6. Represent Ringostat at events: conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and offline networking
