Axia Growth is a specialized M&A lead generation agency scaling fast. We need a technical builder to own our entire systems infrastructure: automated workflows, API integrations, AI-powered pipelines, and the platforms that make everything run. If you've ever looked at a messy process and thought "I could automate the hell out of this," keep reading.

What You'll Own:
You'll be the technical backbone of a growing agency. That means building and maintaining our infrastructure (custom tech stack), architecting data pipelines that feed our outbound engine, managing API connections across our systems, and creating AI-powered workflows that multiply our output. You'll work directly with the founder.
You'll be designing systems from first principles, shipping fast, and watching your work directly drive revenue. We use AI tools aggressively and expect you to as well.
