Sr. Backend Node.js Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale backend systems. In this role, you will work on developing robust APIs, optimizing backend performance, and building scalable services using Node.js.
 

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing backend solutions.

  Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queries
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
   

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Solid experience working with MongoDB
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Experience building scalable backend systems
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
