Requirements:

— 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps where 3+ years in blockchain industry.
— Proven experience running and maintaining blockchain infrastructure in production with alerting and profiling.
— Practical understanding of cryptography and its real-world failure modes
— Experience owning uptime, SLA, and incidents
— Strong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals
— Experience with non-trivial infrastructure (bare metal, custom networking, non-managed systems)
— Ability to reason about risk, failure domains, and second-order effects
— Comfortable making conservative decisions when stakes are high
— Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and work effectively as part of a talented team.
— Ability to be accountable for availability, reliability, and incident response
Would be a plus:

— Experience using AI tools in DevOps / SRE workflows
— Experience configuring AI agents for metrics collection, alerting, anomaly detection
— Experience reducing incident frequency and MTTR over time
— Background in security-sensitive or financially critical systems
 

Responsibilities:

— Own and operate production blockchain infrastructure with real security and uptime requirements
— Deploy, maintain, and upgrade blockchain nodes / validators / signing infrastructure
— Design and operate secure cryptographic systems, including key management and signing workflows
— Identify and mitigate blockchain-specific infrastructure risks eg. key leakage,network partitioning, human-factor failures
— Work with dedicated hardware and infrastructure providers
— Use cloud services (AWS / Cloudflare) in place where it improve or scale solutions, not just for “cloud”
— Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability
— Automate infrastructure safely, understanding the risks of over-automation
— Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and postmortems
— Continuously improve infrastructure reliability and operational maturity
