AI Architect (An innovation AI-assisted investigations platform)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will take on an Architect role to help design, stabilize, and scale an innovation AI-assisted investigations platform.

Key Qualifications:
● Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer with architectural ownership of production systems.
● Expert-level Python (3.10+) and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar).
● Solid understanding of distributed systems, async processing, and scalable API design.
● Experience building production LLM systems and RAG pipelines with vector databases.
● Experience designing modular architectures, data lifecycle flows, and long-running workflows.
● Ability to translate ambiguous product goals into scalable technical solutions.
● Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
● Testing experience (unit, integration, E2E).
● Excellent English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:
● React + TypeScript familiarity.

As an Architect you will:
● Architect and scale an AI-assisted investigations platform into a reliable production system.
● Evolve system architecture toward modular, maintainable, and scalable design.
● Design and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows.
● Improve orchestration logic, execution reliability, and LLM integrations.
● Develop scalable APIs, real-time streaming, and async background processes.
● Define standards for system structure, data lifecycle, and engineering practices.

The platform focuses on explainability, data provenance, and scalable investigative workflows, enabling analysts to conduct deep research supported by AI-driven reasoning and verifiable evidence chains.
