Required: 
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join an enterprise-level banking project. The role focuses on backend development of scalable API-driven services in a modern architecture, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.

Project Overview:
Enterprise Banking Project (EU) 

Requirements (Must-have):
- 5+ years Python development experience
- 4+ years building REST APIs
- 2+ years hands-on FastAPI experience
- Strong understanding of databases and ORM
- Experience with asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT authentication
- Experience with Redis or caching solutions
- Experience with automated testing (pytest or similar)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python backend services
- Build and improve REST APIs
- Design reliable and scalable backend solutions
- Contribute to architecture, performance, and integration quality
- Write automated tests and ensure production-grade reliability

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Flask
