Advisor to $4000

Our client is looking for a Legal Advisor (Middle / Strong Middle level) to join our international team providing legal support for the holding’s operations in Cyprus and assisting affiliated companies in Ukraine, Romania, and Poland.

The role combines strategic legal counsel with practical day-to-day support, helping drive sustainable growth for one of the fastest-growing retail groups in Eastern Europe.

🎯Key Responsibilities:
· Provide legal support and advice on commercial, corporate, compliance, and employment matters of the holding company and its subsidiaries.
· Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documentation and agreements.
· Liaise with external advisors, auditors, banks, and public authorities when required.

🎯Requirements:
•    5+ years of professional legal experience in an international business environment.
•    Proven experience supporting operations in Cyprus.
•    Master’s degree in Law.
•    Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and corporate documents independently.
•    Excellent communication and advisory skills.
•    Fluent English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
•    Strong problem-solving mindset — proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
•    High adaptability — comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
