QA Automation Engineer (Voice AI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality & Performance Engineer to help ensure the reliability and performance of our Voice AI platform.

You will work on testing real-time voice systems including speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational AI pipelines, and telephony integrations.

You will collaborate closely with ML engineers, backend engineers, and product teams to ensure high system quality under real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Test Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, conversational pipelines)
• Validate voice interactions across different accents and audio conditions
• Perform performance and load testing for real-time voice services
• Simulate high-volume voice traffic and concurrent calls
• Identify performance bottlenecks and latency issues
• Develop automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance and quality metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in QA, SDET, or Performance Engineering
• Experience testing real-time or distributed systems
• Experience with API testing and automation
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Voice AI, ASR, TTS, or conversational AI systems
• Experience with telephony / VoIP systems
• Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
