Lead Java BackEnd engineer (Krakow)

The new team will be working on development for the Q Test Product.

Responsibilities:

- Technical lead of the team of 5-6 engineers

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and other Tech leads within the client's organization

- Design and develop reusable components.

- Build design and apply solutions with clients products and the related APIs - Identify and scope technical problems in a customer environments to drive customer satisfaction

- Define and review system and software architectures for developed components

- Troubleshoot issues

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 3+ years of experience in Tech Lead

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development

• 5+ years as a Java Developer

• 5+ Experience with Java BackEnd

• 4+ years of experience with SpringBoot, Hibernate

• Experience with SaaS/Docker/Kubernetes

• 2+ years of experience with AWS

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• 2+ years of experience with React

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Experience with node.js
