We are currently looking for a Lead Back-End Developer to join our team.
As a Lead Backend Developer, you will drive backend architecture and support the growth of the backend team.
If you are passionate about building scalable backend systems for gaming products and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we would love to meet you.

Requirements:
Must have:

• Strong experience with Java.
• Experience with Scala + Akka.
• Experience building high-load backend systems.
• Docker experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of slot games architecture.

Would be helpful:

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with SBT.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• English: B1+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development and provide technical leadership for backend solutions.
• Design and maintain scalable and reliable backend architecture.
• Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with game developers, frontend engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of backend services.
• Contribute to improving development processes and engineering standards.
• Estimate tasks and ensure timely delivery of backend features.
