FinSys Developer
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of development experience with 1C: Enterprise
Strong knowledge of the following configurations:
1C:Accounting
1C:Payroll and HR Management (ZUP)- Solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations
- Confident knowledge of payroll calculation, personal income tax, social contributions, and statutory reporting
Experience in automating financial processes (budgeting, treasury, management accounting)
Will be plus:
- Experience in holding or multi-entity automation projects
- Knowledge of IFRS or management reporting
- Experience with 1C:Document Management
1C certifications
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with accountants, HR specialists, and finance teams
- Capability to gather and clarify requirements independently
- Responsibility for results and strong attention to accounting details
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (bank clients, EDI providers, HR systems, other)
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the 1C:Enterprise
- Customize and support 1C:Accounting and 1C:Payroll & HR Management (ZUP) configurations
Automate financial processes including budgeting, treasury, and management accounting (where applicable)
Technical Stack:Strong programming skills in the 1C built-in language
Experience developing:
Managed forms
Complex reports and data processors
Data integrations (XML, JSON, web services, HTTP, REST APIs)
Strong knowledge of the Data Composition System (DCS)
Experience with performance optimization and understanding of client-server architecture
Experience working with configuration extensions
Experience integrating with external systems (bank clients, EDI systems, HR platforms)
