Middle DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for building and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment systems. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure, automate delivery pipelines, and ensure the reliability and security of production environments.

You will collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to improve deployment processes, support microservice architectures, and maintain high system availability. Expertise Required

Strong experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar tools).

Experience managing and maintaining self-hosted GitLab environments.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Strong experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar tools.

Strong automation and scripting skills using Bash, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or other relevant languages.

Experience managing Proxmox infrastructure and MikroTik networking, including traffic routing through a dedicated VDS.

Experience configuring and maintaining Traefik as a reverse proxy and load balancing solution.

Deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, NAT, and Firewall.

Experience configuring and maintaining network hardware such as routers, switches, and other networking devices.

Experience working with cloud networking services in platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OVH.

Understanding of network security practices, including VPN configuration and IDS/IPS tools.

Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and related services.

Experience working with OVH cloud infrastructure, including server provisioning, networking, and security configuration.

Experience working with Cloudflare and its infrastructure tools (DNS, traffic protection, edge networking).

Solid understanding of Git workflows and version control practices.

Maintain, optimize, and scale the company’s DevOps infrastructure and deployment systems.

Design and implement networking and infrastructure solutions to support product growth and reliability.

Collaborate with development teams to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system stability, availability, and security.

Develop and maintain automation tools and server-side solutions using programming languages familiar to the candidate.

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS and OVH environments.

Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging systems.

Configure and maintain load balancing solutions for critical services.

Support development teams in designing and deploying microservice architectures.

Provide DevOps expertise and troubleshooting support to engineering teams.
