Movadex is a product engineering studio that helps startups design, build, and launch complex digital products. Over the past decade we have partnered with founders and venture-backed companies to build MVPs, scale products, and extend engineering teams.
We are looking for an exceptional outbound growth operator who can build a predictable pipeline of high-value projects with startup founders and venture-backed companies.
This role is not about sending mass cold emails. The goal is to generate qualified founder conversations that lead to $50kβ$150k product development engagements.
What you will do
You will be responsible for building Movadexβs outbound pipeline and generating qualified discovery calls with startup founders.
Your work will include:
β’ Identifying funded startups that likely need MVP development, product rebuilds, or engineering team extension
β’ Building highly targeted prospect lists using funding signals, hiring signals, and product launch signals
β’ Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)
β’ Crafting personalized outreach to founders and product leaders
β’ Booking discovery calls with qualified prospects
β’ Working with the Movadex leadership team to convert opportunities into proposals and projects
β’ Continuously improving messaging, targeting, and outbound infrastructure
Success in this role
Within your first 90 days we expect:
β’ 40β60 qualified founder conversations
β’ 15+ product discovery calls
β’ 5+ proposals sent
β’ 1β2 closed projects ($50k+)
Within 6 months the goal is to build a $500k+ qualified pipeline.
Ideal background
We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell complex technical services to startups.
You likely have:
β’ 3β6+ years in outbound sales or demand generation
β’ Experience selling software development, product engineering, or technical consulting services
β’ Experience closing deals in the $30kβ$200k range
β’ Experience targeting US or EU startup founders
β’ A track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound
Bonus if you have worked with:
β’ VC-backed startups
β’ startup studios or product agencies
β’ founders preparing products for fundraising or accelerators
Tools and systems experience
You should be comfortable building outbound systems using modern GTM tools.
