Slot Game Logic Developer

We are looking for a Slot Game Logic Developer who enjoys working at the intersection of game mechanics, mathematics, and clean code.

This role is focused on building and optimizing the core logic behind slot games - probabilities, RTP behavior, and simulation models.
 

What we expect

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with game development or game mechanics
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, maintainable code
• English sufficient for written communication (tasks, comments) and reading technical documentation

Nice to have (big plus)

• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience specifically with slot games
• Strong background in mathematics: probability theory, statistics, expected value (EV)
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics and metrics:
  • RTP
  • volatility
  • hit rate
  • max win probability
  • payout distribution
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations, large-scale sampling, and optimization techniques
   

What you’ll be working on

• Implementing core slot game logic
• Running and optimizing RTP simulations
• Writing clean and readable code that is easy to maintain
• Researching and experimenting with new approaches and mechanics used in modern slot games
  
  Remote collaboration (aligned with Kyiv time zone).
