Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with international leads and guide prospective students through the admission process.

This role focuses on consultative sales, not cold calling or aggressive selling.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound leads and consultation requests
• Conducting online consultations and calls in English
• Presenting Bachelor programmes and explaining study formats
• Answering questions and handling objections from students and parents
• Supporting candidates through the application process
• Updating CRM and reporting results

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher (mandatory)
• Experience in sales, education or consulting is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, reliable and result-oriented mindset
