Sales manager Real Estate

About the Company

ANTA Group is an international development company specializing in the construction and sale of apart-hotels and investment real estate in Antalya (Turkey) and Bali.
We are actively expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who will also act as an Assistant to the Head of Sales in our Antalya office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Head of Sales in daily operations
  • Work as a deputy/assistant to the Sales Department Manager
  • Sell apart-hotels and individual apartments in Turkey
  • Communicate with potential clients (leads, investors, buyers)
  • Work with a CRM system: processing leads, updating data, tracking deals
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales deals
  • Maintain high-quality client communication and long-term relationships
  • Participate in improving sales processes and internal workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, property sales, or general sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
  • Confident experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals and work with objections
  • Client-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
  • Languages:
    • Russian โ€“ mandatory
    • English or Turkish โ€“ at least one is required

  • Base salary: $800
  • Bonuses: 1% โ€“ 1.5% from each deal (check)
