Trainee Test Engineer

Department/Project Description

Our Customer is one of the largest companies in the home entertainment consumer electronics market, striving to provide its clients with high-quality products and services.

The main project goal is to ensure the high quality of firmware releases on various streaming platforms (STBs, Smart TVs, sound devices) by conducting testing on real equipment in different combinations and setups. The project includes manual and automated testing.

Required:

• Knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports etc.)
• Basic knowledge of hardware
• Attention to detail, patience, and investigation skills
• Intermediate English level
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Technical writing

Job Responsibilities

• Manual testing of streaming devices' firmware on different platforms
• Creating bug reports
• Creating and updating test documentation
