AI Integration Specialist
We are looking for an AI Integration Specialist who will help implement AI tools into key company processes and improve the efficiency of different departments.
Our goal is not just to use AI occasionally, but to systematically integrate AI into the daily workflows of our teams.
If you can identify automation opportunities, design AI-driven workflows, and implement AI solutions in real business processes — this role is for you.
What you will do
Analyze internal company processes and identify opportunities for AI implementation
Integrate AI tools into different departments
Build AI assistants and automated workflows
Set up automation using no-code / low-code tools
Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Notion, and other platforms
Optimize routine tasks and reduce operational workload
Test new AI tools and implement the most effective solutions
Train team members to effectively use AI tools
Key skills
Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
Experience in process automation
Prompt engineering skills
Experience working with no-code / low-code tools
Understanding of API integrations
Ability to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
Nice to have
Experience implementing AI solutions in companies
Experience building AI agents
Basic knowledge of Python
Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Experience automating marketing or sales processes
