Responsibilities:
- Support and improve QA, TLC, and SDLC processes, taking responsibility for the growth and productivity of QA team members
- Continuously develop and expand the QA team’s expertise and capabilities
- Organize and maintain test documentation
- Be responsible for communication with the product and developer team
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the product meets business expectations
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of testing experience in a Lead QA position and 4+ years of QA experience before the Lead position
- Deep knowledge of testing theory, understanding of web technologies
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving, people management, and negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset
- Attentive to the details
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)
- Ability to work with databases (SQL)
- Rich experience working with log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana)
- Rich experience testing REST APIs (e.g., Swagger, Postman)
- Advanced user of Chrome DevTools and equivalent browser tools to reproduce complex issues, collect and analyze diagnostic artifacts (console, network, HAR), and perform accurate root cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies
Will be a plus:
- Automation experience (we are using Playwright\TypeScript)
- Experience in the iGaming/Betting domain
- Jira advanced user
- AI(LLM) enthusiast
- GLI certification experience
