Senior NetSuite Engineer (Full-Time) — CRM + Manufacturing + Integrations (5+ years)

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior NetSuite Engineer to lead hands-on NetSuite development and optimization across multiple brands. You will drive NetSuite CRM rollout (some brands currently use Salesforce), deliver CRM enhancements, expand manufacturing and advanced manufacturing capabilities, and own key integrations/migrations including ShipHawk. This is a full-time role with high ownership and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NetSuite solutions end-to-end: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Roll out NetSuite CRM to additional brands and enhance current CRM workflows (lead/opportunity, quoting, activities, dashboards).
• Implement and optimize Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing processes (BOMs, routings, work orders, WIP, planning).
• Configure location-based manufacturing and multi-location operational workflows.
• Lead migration and stabilization of the ShipHawk NetSuite plugin (setup, mapping, testing, cutover).
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, custom records, forms, approvals, saved searches, and reports.
• Support label configuration workflows and related operational processes.
• Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to align processes and support integrations/data sync requirements.
• Create documentation/runbooks and improve SDLC practices (sandbox strategy, release management, code reviews).

Requirements (Must Have)

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, NetSuite configuration, roles/permissions, and reporting.
• Experience rolling out or significantly enhancing NetSuite CRM.
• Deep experience with Manufacturing / Advanced Manufacturing (or equivalent manufacturing module ownership).
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, middleware/iPaaS exposure, data mapping, CSV imports, scheduled jobs).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal) and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ShipHawk.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (objects/flows/integration concepts).
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant).
• Experience with multi-subsidiary/multi-location environments, WMS/3PL, shipping/labeling systems.
