ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term contract project focused on enhancing and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across the platform, particularly in Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and platform automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that improve operational visibility and streamline IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform modules
Implement and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM frameworks
Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Develop advanced automation using client scripts, business rules, workflows, and Flow Designer
Support and optimize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Portal
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the ServiceNow ecosystem
Ensure platform performance, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong expertise with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
Proven experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Solid scripting and automation experience using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks
Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Portal)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Strong troubleshooting and platform optimization skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with CMDB architecture and governance
Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for ServiceNow
