Job Description

- At least 10 + years of relevant commercial development experience

- Good strong exp working as Tech Lead and leading a team of 3-4 people. Need strong technical person for this role

- Strong client handling communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Java. Would be great to have Java 11 exp
- Good knowledge in Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, etc.), Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Gradle etc. 
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with React 
- Experience with message brokers
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Experience with Docker
- Experience implementing CI/CD
- Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing
- Algorithms and data structures

- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills

Job Responsibilities

- Backend development (Java) 90% 

- Frontend development (React) 10%

- Design and implement new features
- Debug and resolve bugs and technical issues
- Write and review technical documentation
- Support good quality of a product
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the team
- Constant close collaboration with the team members
- Participate in technical discussion
- Participate in technical interviews
