QA Specialist (Junior)

At WWG, we build digital products with impact — combining creativity, AI innovation, and engineering craftsmanship. We're expanding our QA team and looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior QA who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

- Test web and mobile applications (manual and exploratory testing)

- Review requirements and designs for testability and clarity

- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation

- Log clear, actionable bugs and verify fixes across multiple environments

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMs to ensure quality across the SDLC

- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist with test case generation and bug reporting

- Participate in retrospectives and contribute ideas to improve team processes

Nice-to-Have:

- Basic exposure to test automation (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)

- Experience testing APIs via Postman or Swagger

- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or version control basics
