Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

GetHoney is one of our AI-driven products and we’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with product thinking. 

Have you ever wondered about solving real product cases instead of just coding and approving each idea with product-analytics-delivery-….?

We want you to be responsible for solving complex user’s problems – delivering ready-to-use features and final value to user (from ideation to deployment and analysis).

If you have technical strong technical background, AI evangelist mindset and own startup experience – you are already in.
 

Must-have skills:

• Proven ability to ship user-facing features end-to-end.
• Strong full-stack engineering background (Python, Node.js, React, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs / AI APIs.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering: practical use of AI agents (LLM-based tools, autonomous workflows, coding agents) in day-to-day development, including designing, orchestrating, and evaluating agent-driven workflows.
• Product development skills:
  • Strong grasp of product analytics;
  • Product features design and testing experience.
• Solid system design fundamentals.
   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with C#.
• Experience working with experimentation frameworks.
   

Key responsibilities for the first 6 months:

• Ship 15–20 meaningful product experiments.
• Implement agile but stable solutions for engaging conversational model, voice generation, interactive calls, etc.
• Improve retention and activation metrics.
• Design and maintain an experimentation framework (A/B testing, rapid iteration).
• Work as product, design, and research to turn insights into shipped features.
• Participate in user interviews and discovery sessions.
