Head of Sales (Call Center)

 

Our client is an international product company specializing in internet marketing and customer acquisition. The company has over 13 years of experience in performance marketing and operates across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with a team of 200+ professionals worldwide.

 

The business is actively scaling its international call center operations, expanding into new markets and building new teams. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Sales (Call Center) who will take ownership of sales performance and lead multiple teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.

 

This role is ideal for a senior leader with experience managing large call center sales teams, who is data-driven and able to quickly dive into processes and deliver measurable results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance and KPIs of the call center
  • Work closely with team leads and cluster managers
  • Identify growth opportunities in conversion rates, average order value, and margin
  • Analyze performance across different countries and markets
  • Implement improvements in sales processes
  • Monitor call quality and operator performance
  • Optimize sales scripts and sales models
  • Use telephony systems as a tool for managing sales performance
  • Implement AI tools for call analysis and quality monitoring
  • Make data-driven management decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader / Head of Sales in a call center environment
  • Experience managing large teams of operators through team leads or group managers
  • Strong track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Solid understanding of call center performance metrics
  • Understanding of telephony systems
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
  • High level of ownership, structure, and results orientation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • English level: B1โ€“B2

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in international or multilingual call centers
  • Experience managing sales teams across multiple countries
  • Experience using AI tools in call center operations
  • Background in performance marketing or performance-driven sales environments
