We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) to join a team working on a large-scale platform used by enterprise organizations worldwide.

You’ll work in a small, high-caliber engineering team building scalable services and product features that support complex digital environments and real production traffic.

About the Product

The product is a security-aware platform that helps enterprises monitor and optimize the digital experience across employee devices and environments—on-prem, virtual, or cloud-based. It provides real-time visibility into system performance, application stability, and end-user experience, and can automatically detect and remediate issues before they cause disruptions.

The platform is rapidly growing worldwide and is used by large, distributed teams to secure and stabilize digital environments without adding operational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Develop Node.js / TypeScript services and APIs
• Contribute to React-based product features
• Design and improve service-oriented architecture
• Build features that process large-scale production data
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design
• Deliver reliable, production-ready features in a multi-service environment
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker)
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices
• Experience working with production systems and real user traffic
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Go
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Experience building B2B SaaS platforms
• Experience working on security-focused or enterprise products
