Senior B2B Sales Manager (IT Staff Augmentation)
We are a US-registered IT staff augmentation company.
We help product companies scale their teams by embedding senior developers, DevOps engineers, and database specialists directly into their teams. Our clients are mainly US product companies. We already have working lead generation and warm pipeline. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who can own deals and close contracts. Important: this is not an SDR / leadgen role.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales
- Conduct discovery calls with CTOs and founders
- Understand hiring needs and propose dedicated engineers
- Run negotiations and close contracts
- Manage pipeline from qualified lead to signed agreement
- Work with LinkedIn leads and hiring signals
- Re-engage previous opportunities
- Qualify leads (budget, need, timeline, decision-maker)
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Work with warm leads from LinkedIn
- Actively work open job signals and hiring triggers
- Help refine ICP and sales positioning
- Forecast pipeline and revenue
Requirements
• 3+ years of B2B sales in IT services / outsourcing / staff augmentation
• Experience working with US clients
• Ability to run discovery calls with technical stakeholders
• Proven experience closing deals
• Strong English (C1+)
• Ownership mindset
Nice to have
• Experience selling dedicated engineers or development teams
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / outbound pipeline
• Experience closing $10k+ monthly contracts
